Milledgeville Mainstreet is sponsoring a Treats 4 Halloween event in downtown Milledgeville Halloween morning. Over 30 businesses will be participating – look for the balloons! Bring the kids to downtown Milly for a wonderful time trick or treating Halloween morning from 10 a.m. to noon.
