Lake Oconee Academy is happy to share exciting news about talented students awarded academic honors through the National Recognition Programs during the 2022-23 school year.
The College Board awarded more than 66,000 students from across the country for their outstanding performance in the classroom and on College Board assessments. CollegeBoard’s National Recognition Programs award the hard work of African American, Hispanic, Indigenous, and Rural students by granting eligible students academic honors they can include on their college and scholarship applications.
The following Lake Oconee Academy students received one or more National Recognition Program awards: Sydney Pattison, Halsey Bosart, Justin Zahler, Lucy-Kate Williams, Dawn Zahler, Andrew Hankinson, Kensi Stevens, Miller Lewis, Ridhdhi Sukha and Keerti Ahluwalia. Awards include National African American Recognition, National Hispanic Recognition, National Indigenous Recognition, and Rural and Small-Town Recognition.
