Business development officer Heather Cook has worked in banking for over 17 years. Cook currently works at Exchange Bank.

The bank is celebrating 120 years serving this community.

“We’ve been around a very long time, and we are focused on providing good customer service to our customers and also being ingrained in our community and making sure we’re supporting the people who support us as well”

Exchange Bank is open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, but they are here to support their customers anytime. 

“Our people are very invested in this community… We have a culture of people who are invested. They love to volunteer, they are very passionate about providing good customer service and taking care of people.”

They are here to meet the financial needs of this community. 

Cook says they’ve seen ‘very positive results’ advertising on the radio.

“Radio is one of the few things that you actually hear feedback from” “every time we do a radio advertisement I have somebody that says “oh I heard you on the radio this morning” so I know people are listening and i know it’s one of the ways we can reach the folks that live in our area”
