Governor Brian Kemp announced Tuesday that the state is expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to all Georgians over the age of 16, effective Thursday.
Here are ways to get an appointment in the Lake Area and the surrounding areas.
STATE MASS VACCINATION SITES
The state of Georgia is operating mass vaccination sites at the Word of Life Church in Sandersville, the Macon Farmers Market and the Delta Air Lines Museum in Atlanta.

LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS
The North Central Health District, which includes Baldwin, Hancock and Putnam Counties, is registering people by phone at 1-844-987-0099. They will start scheduling for all Georgians on Wednesday.
The Northeast Health District, which includes Greene and Morgan Counties, is calling people back, who had pre-registered.
