Georgia U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler has conceded her race for re-election.

“Unfortunately, we came up slightly short in the runoff election and earlier today I called Reverend Warnock to congratulate him and to wish him well in serving this great state.”

The latest results posted on the Georgia Secretary of State’s website show Democrat Raphael Warnock leading by 81,260 votes or 1.82 percent. If that margin holds, Warnock would avoid recount. See the latest results here.

As of this morning, Senator David Perdue had not conceded his race to Democrat Jon Ossoff. Right now, Ossoff leads Perdue by 43,000 votes.
