Democrats Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock won Baldwin County Tuesday night, based on Election Summary released by the county.
Ossoff’s victory is noteworthy because incumbent Republican Senator David Perdue won Baldwin County in November.
Based on the initial results, Ossoff wins Baldwin Countyby 580 votes with 52% of the vote.
Raphael Warnock defeated Senator Kelly Loeffler by an even bigger margin in Baldwin County, 666 votes with 52% of the vote.
In the third statewide race for Georgia Public Service Commission, Democrat Daniel Blackman defeats incumbent Bubba McDonald in Baldwin County by 276 votes with 51% of the vote.
The results will be certified after any provisional ballots are reviewed, along with acceptance of any outstanding military and overseas ballots.
