On Monday, the Greene County School System will start 2021 with online learning for all students for the first week.
The school system says it is necessary because of the number of students and staff in quarantine due to COVID-19 exposures during the Holiday Break, along with the local spread of COVID-19.
This does not include Lake Oconee Academy. Teachers return Monday and students on Tuesday at LOA.
For Morgan and Putnam County Schools, teachers return Monday and teachers return Tuesday.
Hancock County School students continue online learning on Wednesday. They have been virtual all school year.
Baldwin County School students are scheduled to return on Wednesday.
