A Superior Court judge in Washington County has reversed his immunity ruling for three former Washington County Sheriff’s deputies in connection with the 2017 death of Eurie Lee Martin.
District Attorney Heyward Altman says the decision follows a ruling by the Georgia Supreme Court and paves the way for murder trials for Henry Copeland, Michael Howell & Rhett Scott.
The next step is for a trial dates to be set.
